My name is Anna, and I am the Centre Director at ONE Early Education Wollert. I have more than 27 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, including many years in leadership and management roles. I am passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued and supported to learn and grow.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing children arrive with a smile, feeling confident, happy, and excited to be part of our community. I believe that strong, trusting relationships with children and families are at the heart of quality early education.
As a Centre Director, I enjoy supporting and empowering my team to create meaningful learning experiences that inspire children’s curiosity, confidence, and development. I value open communication, collaboration and building genuine connections with families, ensuring they feel welcomed, heard and involved in their child’s learning journey.
